Securities License Training program is designed to prepare the licensing candidate with the knowledge and test tasking skills to pass the Excess and Surplus Lines Broker exam. Emphasis is placed on the surplus lines laws, conditions for procurement, tax filing fees, state law, rules and regulations, governing trade practices and the Surplus Lines market.
The P&C or LAS Counselor program covers the licensing requirements governing practices, duties, responsibilities and ethics. Policy form provisions, terms and concepts, risk management and contract laws as it relates to insurance, the state laws, rules and regulations pertinent to P&C or LAS insurance.
